Description
Two-bay two-storey brick-faced house, built 1868. Pitched roof. Painted brick walls in Flemish bond, soldier arches over openings in contrasting red and buff coloured bricks. Retaining timber sash windows, replacement timber door. Set back from road in private terrace with access to rear of no. 150 Lower Glanmire Road, having enclosed area to front and garden area to rear.
Appraisal
Well maintained terraced brick faced house in Flemish bond, retaining timber sash windows and forming part of a very intact, composite late nineteenth-century terrace of railway cottages on elevated, private site.
