Remains of stone cobbles, kerbs, wall and wall capping, built c. 1860.
Appraisal
Though now in poor condition, and with much of the original paving and kerbing removed, these mid nineteenth-century kerbs, cobbles, wall and wall capping are significant contributors to the architectural heritage of the city. While the pavement on this street is now predominantly modern concrete replacement, these stone remains are interesting reminders of the quality of materials formerly utilised in the streetscape.
