Semi-detached two-bay single-storey with attic former estate worker’s house, one of a uniform grouping of sixteen, built c.1860 and now a private dwelling. The building is constructed in rubble with granite quoins and dressings, whilst the slated gable-ended pitched roof has an overhang and a granite chimneystack. The entrance is to the south gable, but is now covered by a small timber-built porch of c.1930, with corrugated-iron single-pitch roof. The windows themselves are flat-headed and have replacement uPVC top-hung frames and concrete sills. Cast-iron rainwater goods. The property is situated back from the roadside behind a relatively long garden.
Though the windows have been replaced and a porch added, this property has retained much of its original simple rustic appearance, managing to blend in successfully with its semi-rural surroundings
