Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Refenestrated, c.1925. Reroofed and renovated, 2005. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, 2005, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stacks having profiled (stepped) capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, 2005, on rendered eaves. Replacement rendered walls, 2005. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and replacement two-over-two timber sash windows, c.1925. Square-headed door opening with step, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1925. Set back from line of street with concrete brick cobbled forecourt, 2005.
Although the subject of a comprehensive renovation programme, the elementary form and massing of a modest-scale house survive in place together with some of the historic fabric, thereby maintaining much of the character of the site in the streetscape of Church Street.
