Appraisal

A small-scale house built as one of a group of eleven identical units (including 15505073 - 74) producing an appealing modest streetscape quality in Michael Street. Having historically been well maintained, the house remains as the last in the group to present an early aspect with the elementary composition attributes surviving in place together with most of the historic or original fabric, thereby upholding some of the character or integrity of the collective ensemble in the street scene.
