Attached three-bay single-storey building, built c.1830, having a projecting central bay. Formerly in use as a fuel depot, now in use as an office. Hipped natural slate roof with clay ridge tiles and overhanging eaves. Constructed of brick (English Garden Bond) with square-headed window openings, opening to central bay has remaining two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window, replacement windows elsewhere. Located to south of Custume Barracks and attached to the Riding School (15004178) to the west.
A modest mid nineteenth-century building that forms part of an important group of military-related structures in Custume Barracks. It survives with its early form and much of its early fabric intact.
