Appraisal

Set at an angle back from a busy national road, this house belongs to another time. Its neat exterior retains attractive elements including multiple-pane sash windows and a pitched slate roof. Together these features create a modest, yet architecturally appealing structure. Today the house is part of a farm, but retains its domestic character.
