Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900, with flat-roofed central porch. Hipped slate roof with red brick chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls with a red brick eaves course. Segmental-arched window openings with granite sills. Segmental-arched door openings to porch and north elevation with overlights. Modern extension to rear. Red brick outbuildings to rear.
Appraisal
The regular form of Park House is enhanced by architectural features such as the segmental-arched openings and red brick eaves courses. The related outbuildings to the rear, which are constructed of machine cut red bricks, contribute to the setting of the house.
