Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1840, with central porch. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Paired timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber battened door. Lean-to extensions to east and north.

This modest house retains many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, slate roof and timber battened door. The building is located within the demesne of Hilltown House.
