Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1930, with gabled central porch. Hipped tile roof with red brick chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber glazed door, with overlight and sidelights approached by flight of stone step. Garage to east. Cast-iron railings and gate to the site.
Appraisal
This house retains many original features and materials, such as the red brick chimneystacks and sash windows. The regular form of this house is enlivened by the gabled entrance porch. The cast-iron railings and gate contribute to the setting of this house.
