Detached four-bay two-storey roughcast rendered outbuilding, built c.1780, now disused. Single-storey lean-to to west. Brick bellcote and external stone steps at eastern gable. Pitched slate roof with stone chimneystack and stone eaves course. Square-headed openings with stone sills, some now blocked.
This stone outbuilding retains its external steps and brick bellcote, which are notable features. This outbuilding forms part of a group of farm buildings with the other related buildings on the site. This group of outbuildings form an interesting group of eighteenth-century stone farm buildings. Their survival, in conjunction with the main house and other related buildings provides continuity and information about former life styles and living conditions in Ireland.
