Description
Detached six-bay two-storey building, built c.1860, now disused. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods and red brick chimneystacks. Squared rubble limestone walls. Timber sash windows with red brick surrounds and stone sills. Timber battened doors. Segmental-arched carriage arch with red brick dressings. Squared rubble limestone boundary wall.
Appraisal
This building provides interesting colour and textural detail in the streetscape due to the combination of the squared rubble limestone walls and red brick dressings. The timber sash windows and battened doors enhance the building.
