Triple-arch limestone road bridge, built c.1800, with stone weir to downstream side. Limestone dressing to arches and triangular cutwaters. Cast-iron railings to parapet. The northern arch is no longer in use.
This well maintained stone bridge is enhanced by its setting within a small public park and is an interesting part of Kilmainham Wood's architectural heritage. The variations in the limestone dressings create textural interest. The stone parapet has been replaced by cast-iron railings.
