Round-headed window openings to ground floor, rock-faced limestone voussiors; segmental-headed window openings to first floor, rock-faced limestone voussiors, limestone sills, some painted timber casement windows remain; five round-headed arcaded openings to first floor of breakfront, rock-faced limestone voussiors, arches supported on tooled limestone columns with decorative capitals. Round-headed door opening to centre of breakfront. Situated within industrial complex.
Though in a ruinous state the remains of this fine building displays its previous status. Classical decoration and influence can be seen in all elements of its design such as its symmetrical form, carved pedimented breakfront, arcaded openings and corniced parapet. This classical influence can also be seen in the surrounding buildings. This former cotton weaving mill stands as an integral part of the complex. Though ruinous it continues to add to the architectural heritage of the area and helps maintain the original site context.
