Attached single-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1850, with segmental-headed carriageway. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and replacement iron rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with square apertures to eaves level. Segmental-headed carriageway with cut-granite voussoirs, and timber boarded double doors. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A small-scale building of modest, almost vernacular quality forming a pleasant feature in the streetscape on account of the traditional construction in unrefined rubble stone with cut-granite dressings producing an appealing textured visual effect in the composition.
