Description
Detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1870, with lean-to extension to rear c.1970. Outbuilding to east. ROOF: Double pitched tiled roof with clay ridge tiles; red brick chimney stacks flush with gables. WALLS: Rough cast rendered wall on nap rendered plinth. OPENINGS: Square headed window openings; rendered soffits, reveals and cills surrounding 2/2 timber sash windows; timber casement window to-lean elevation; square headed door opening; rendered soffits and reveals surrounding modern hardwood door.
