Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1870. The façade is finished in painted lined render with moulded quoins to east side, whilst the pitched roof is slated and has a shared rendered chimneystack. The entrance consists of a panelled timber door with plain rectangular fanlight. The windows are flat-headed and have two over two timber sash frames, and painted stone sills. The ground floor window has a decorative iron cheval-de-frise. uPVC rainwater goods.
A well preserved, and as such now comparatively scarce, example of mid Victorian terraced house in Arklow which remains of value to the streetscape.
