Appraisal

An attractive, small-scale house, built as one of a terrace of eight houses, which retains its original form and massing, and which has been restored with fittings installed alluding to the original models. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22830331 – 3/WD-09-30-331 – 3), forms an appealing feature in the streetscape, conforming to the topography of the slightly sloping site through the use of a stepped roofline.
