Appraisal

An attractive, small-scale house of modest appearance, built as one of a terrace of thirteen houses, which retains its original form and massing, and which has been restored with replacement fittings alluding to the original models. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22830225, 328/WD-09-30-225, 328), forms an appealing feature in the streetscape of Morrison’s Road.
