Terraced single-bay two-storey local authority house, built 1899, retaining original fenestration. One of a terrace of thirteen. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to ground floor) with stone sills, and 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed aluminium door, pre-1999. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An attractive, small-scale house of modest appearance, built as one of a terrace of thirteen houses, which retains its original form and massing, and which is the only example in the terrace retaining substantial quantities of the original fabric. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22830327 - 8/WD-09-30-327 - 8), forms an appealing feature in the streetscape of Morrison’s Road.
