Appraisal

An attractive, small-scale house of modest appearance, built as one of a terrace of thirteen houses, which retains its original form and massing, and which is the only example in the terrace retaining substantial quantities of the original fabric. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22830327 - 8/WD-09-30-327 - 8), forms an appealing feature in the streetscape of Morrison’s Road.
