Appraisal

An attractive, small-scale house, built as one of a terrace of twenty-eight houses, which retains its original form and massing, and which is the only example in the terrace retaining substantial quantities of the original fabric. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22830326/WD-09-30-326), forms an appealing low-lying quality in the streetscape.
