Terraced three-bay single-storey local authority house, c.1900, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, pre-1999. One of a terrace of twenty-eight. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to left) with stone sills, and 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelled door, pre-1999. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An attractive, small-scale house, built as one of a terrace of twenty-eight houses, which retains its original form and massing, and which is the only example in the terrace retaining substantial quantities of the original fabric. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22830326/WD-09-30-326), forms an appealing low-lying quality in the streetscape.
