Pitched (shared) artificial slate roof, decorative red clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walls with rendered strips to ends. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door, and overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An appealing, modest-scale house, built as one of a terrace of four (with 22830309/WD-09-30-309), which retains its original form and massing, together with most of the original fabric. The house, together with the remainder in the terrace, forms a distinctive group in the streetscape, the roofline rising above the flanking ranges.
