Appraisal

An appealing, modest-scale house, built as one of a terrace of four (with 22830309/WD-09-30-309), which retains its original form and massing, together with most of the original fabric. The house, together with the remainder in the terrace, forms a distinctive group in the streetscape, the roofline rising above the flanking ranges.
