Appraisal

A well-proportioned, modest-scale house, built as one of a terrace of eighteen identical houses (including 22830156 – 8, 300/WD-09-30-156 – 8, 300), which retains its original form, and most of its original character, and which contributes to the streetscape quality of Ballytruckle Road.
