Appraisal

A well-proportioned house that retains most of its original form and massing, together with important salient features and materials, which contribute to the historic quality of the site. The house, together with the contemporary house immediately to north-east (22830153/WD-09-30-153), contributes significantly to the streetscape value of the site, forming a focal point at the junction of three roads.
