Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, originally terraced retaining original fenestration. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered wall to front (east) elevation with unpainted rendered walls to remainder. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front, and section of painted roughcast boundary wall, c.1950, to north possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, c.1850, on site with square-headed door opening having timber boarded door.
An appealing house of modest form and appearance that has been very well maintained to present an original aspect, and which contributes to the streetscape quality of South Mall.
