Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls (painted to ground floor). Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

Appraisal

An attractive and well-proportioned house, built as one of three identical houses, which retains its original form. However, replacement fittings to the openings using inappropriate materials have not had a positive impact on the external expression of the house. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22504192 – 3/WD-5632-22-192 – 191), forms an integral component of the streetscape of William Street.
