Appraisal

This house, built as one of a pair (with 22502344/WD-5632-21-1364), although disused, retains its original form and character. The retention of an original external aspect serves to suggest that the house may incorporate early-surviving fittings to the interior. The house, together with the second in the pair, forms a distinctive impression in the streetscape of Thomas Hill, terminating a compact terrace of houses.
