Appraisal

This house, built as one of a pair, is an attractive small-scale composition that retains its original form, although the replacement fittings to the openings do not enhance the appearance of the building. The house, together with the second in the pair (22501840/WD-5632-21-859), is an important component of the streetscape, contributing to the historic character of Thomas Street.
