Terraced two-bay three-storey rendered house, built c.1830, one of a group of eight. Now in use as offices. Pitched slate roof, unpainted rendered corbelled chimneystack with yellow terracotta pots, metal rainwater goods. Unpainted smooth rendered walls on stone plinth course. Square-headed window openings, limestone sills, painted reveals, six-over-six painted timber sash windows (with wrought-iron sill guard to ground floor), to ground and first floor, six-over-three to second floor. Semi-circular-headed door opening containing elaborate decorative fanlight over raised and fielded painted timber panelled double doors with brass door furniture. Single stone threshold step. Street fronted.
This fine terraced property retains many original features. The restraint of the unpainted render is enriched by the highly decorative fanlight which imparts a flamboyant signature note.
