Detached three-bay two-storey over basement former convent, c.1860, now in use as a hostel. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with raised cut stone quoins. Timber sash windows. Stained glass window to western ground floor bay. Panelled timber door in porch with pilasters, cornice and parapet. Approached by flight of steps. Hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves and rendered chimney stacks.
This Victorian former convent sits in the grounds of a school surrounded by trees, and preserves much of its architectural character intact, including the attractive porch and stained glass.
