Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1830. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course and parallel quoins. Inscribed stone name plaque to southern corner. Replacement timber casement windows with stone sills. Projecting single-storey gabled porch with replacement timber door. Pitched slate roof with smooth rendered chimney stacks to gables. Single-storey garage extension to north.
Appraisal
A modest detached house retaining its original proportions, which visually enhances this road of predominantly twentieth-century houses, partly due to its proximity to the road.
