Description
End-of-terrace four-bay three-storey house, built c.1830, with integral carriage arch. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Tooled stone voussoirs to carriage arch with timber battened doors. Rendered wall extending to west, with stone outbuilding to rear.
Appraisal
The scale and form this building make it a prominent and notable addition to the streetscape. This house retains many original features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and limestone voussoirs.
