Appraisal

Built as one of three terraced houses of a similar design, 3 The Crescent is an attractive structure which is typical of the style of architecture seen in towns towards the end of the nineteenth-century. Slightly larger than the others within the terrace, the retention of original features is worthy of note and this building makes a positive addition to the streetscape and the architectural heritage of Dundalk.
