Stone steps, built c. 1800. Eleven tooled limestone steps giving access from Mary Street to pathway along east side of Saint Mary's Church of Ireland church. Set in grass verge along south-east side of street.
These steps form an interesting piece of street furniture along Mary Street. Executed in finely-tooled limestone they display the wear-and-tear of use over a long period of time. Features such as these are part of the fibre of the town offering insights into the life of its inhabitants.
