Three-bay single-storey outbuilding to south. Pitched slate and corrugated iron roof. Painted coursed rubble limestone walls. Square-headed window and door openings. Set within its own grounds, this is a notable example of a modest early nineteenth-century house with a vernacular addition. It retains much of its original form, which is enhanced by salient features such as the sash windows and limestone sills. The windbreak and sash windows enhance the character of the vernacular house to the rear.
