Appraisal

A pleasant small-scale house distinguished in the streetscape by the robust vermiculated panels contributing to the architectural quality of the composition. The retention of most of the original composition attributes together with much of the early fabric maintains the position of the site as an important factor enhancing the historic flavour of Lady's Well Street.
