Attached three-bay single-storey house, c.1800, possibly originally terraced and possibly with dormer attic. Refenestrated, c.1900. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond squat chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with shallow cut-stone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.1900. Square-headed door opening with tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A small-scale range of modest, almost vernacular quality presenting an attractive feature in Lady's Well Street. Having been very well maintained the house presents an early aspect with the original form and massing intact together with most of the historic fabric, thereby enhancing the character of the street scene.
