Terraced single-bay three-storey house, c.1825. Renovated, c.1950, with opening to ground floor remodelled to accommodate commercial use. Now disused. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, remains of rendered chimney stack (truncated), and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging rendered eaves having iron ties. Painted rendered wall to ground floor with unpainted rendered wall to upper floors. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, six-over-six (first floor) and three-over-six (top floor) timber sash windows. Square-headed window opening to ground floor remodelled, c.1950, with fixed-pane timber window having casement overlights. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1950, having overlight. Interior with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Road fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
A Classically-proportioned modest-scale house built as one of a pair (12314032/KK-26-14-32) retaining most of the original composition qualities together with much of the historic character on account of the retention of substantial quantities of the early fabric both to the exterior and to the interior.
