Detached four-bay double-height outbuilding, c.1825, with square-headed carriageway. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with dressed stone sills, and timber boarded fittings. Square-headed carriageway with timber boarded double doors. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A pleasant outbuilding range of rustic, almost-vernacular character contributing to the semi-rural quality of the townscape of Gowran.
