Attached four-bay two-storey double-pile house, c.1850, with square-headed carriageway to left ground floor. Pitched double-pile (M-profile) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Camber-headed door opening with moulded surround, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1950. Square-headed carriageway to left ground floor with timber boarded double doors. Interior with timber panelled reveals/shutters to window openings. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A pleasant modest-scale house retaining the original form and massing together with most of the historic fabric both to the exterior and to the interior, thereby contributing positively to the scenic appeal of the streetscape.
