Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1850. Reroofed and refenestrated, c.1950. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and replacement aluminium rainwater goods, c.1950, on cut-stone eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1950. Round-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door having fanlight. Interior with timber panelled reveals/shutters to window openings. Set back from line of road with sections of iron railings to front on painted plinth having iron gate.
A well-appointed middle-size house retaining the original form and massing together with substantial quantities of the early fabric both to the exterior and to the interior, thereby contributing positively to the historic quality of the streetscape.
