Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c.1830, having shopfront to front (south) elevation. Pitched slate roof having overhanging eaves with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Render walls with bracing plates. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, incised voussoirs and uPVC casement windows. Timber shopfront comprising fluted Doric columns surmounted by fascia board and moulded cornice. Square-headed window opening with timber-framed display windows over rendered stall riser. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door with overlight, leading to inner hallway.
The scale and form of this building is in keeping with the fine historic terrace of which it is an integral part. The fine shopfront is particularly notable for its engaged columns, overlight and six-paned display window.
