Attached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1840, with full-height slightly advanced bays to front (north-east) elevation. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystacks and replacement rainwater goods. Red brick walls. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and two-over-two timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to side elevation with replacement half-glazed timber door. Set back from street with red brick boundary wall and red brick piers with render caps to wrought-iron pedestrian gate.
This house maintains its original style and form, and the advanced front bays and side entrance are interesting features. The retention of historic fabric including the timber sliding sash windows, limestone sills and cast-iron gate, adds to its character.
