Description

Terraced three-bay two-storey school building, built c. 1910. Pitched fish scale patterned slate roof with castellated parapet to the rear. Rendered walls with eaves course. Timber sash windows to upper floors, and replacement louvered windows to ground floor.

Appraisal

Built as a group with the adjoining school buildings to the east and west, this building forms part of an interesting group of related structures. Many of the buildings which occupy this site are representative of nineteenth-century design and construction. The building retains many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and patterned slate roof.
