Description
Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built 1901, as a group of three with the adjoining houses to the north. Pitched tile roof with red brick chimneystack and gabled dormer. Rendered walls with string course between floors. Replacement timber casement windows and timber panelled door with toplight.

This house forms part of an interesting group of three with the adjoining houses to the south. This building retains many notable features and materials, such as the gabled dormer, timber sash windows and red brick chimneystack. The house forms part of a significant group in the city, with the dense terraces in the Shandon area, which are of social and historical significance.
