End-of-terrace gable-fronted two-bay two-storey former house, built c. 1830, now in use as offices. Refurbished c. 1994, with timber sash windows, rendered walls and slate roof. Round-headed entrance door approached by flight of limestone steps.
This house contributes to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the building. Gable-fronted houses are a notable feature of the area and contribute to the unique character of this part of the city. The building has a significant personality association, as the former Taoiseach Jack Lynch once resided here.
