Description
Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1880, as a pair with the adjoining house to the north. Pitched slate roof with dormer addition. Rendered walls with raised render surrounds to openings. Timber sash windows, with cast-iron sill guard to ground floor window.
Appraisal
Built as pair with the adjoining house to the north, these houses make a positive contribution to the streetscape due to the scale and form of the pair. The regular façade of the house is enhanced by the retention of interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, cast-iron sill guard and raised render surrounds to the openings.
