Two-bay two-storey brick-faced house, built 1868. Gable fronted pitched roof with decorative barge boards. Brick chimney stack with ornate buff coloured clay chimney pots. Brick walls in Flemish bond, soldier arches over openings in contrasting red and buff coloured bricks. Twin round headed niches with red and buff coloured brick surrounds. Rusted metal plaque above door opening. Replacement timber casement windows and modern entrance door, set back from road in private terrace with access to rear of no. 150 Lower Glanmire Road, having enclosed area to front and garden area to rear.
Well maintained terraced brick house in Flemish bond, slightly bigger than its neighbours, retaining pair of round-headed blind openings with contrasting red and buff brick surrounds. Forming part of a very intact, composite late nineteenth-century terrace of railway cottages on elevated, private site.
