Description
Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1835. Slate pitched roof with twin gabled dormers and rendered chimney stack. Painted render finish. Retaining timber sash windows and twin dormers, having elaborate window and door surrounds to tiled ground floor, having street frontage and enclosed area to rear.
Appraisal
Terraced early-nineteenth century house, retaining timber sash windows and unusual treatment of ground floor. Of interest, excluding alterations, as part of longer terrace defined by early/mid nineteenth-century buildings.
