Description
End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey over basement house, c. 1845, having round headed doorway and cast iron railings to front garden. Slate pitched roof with rooflight and carved eaves brackets. Painted rendered walls.
Appraisal
One of a group of three houses built to a large scale, this classically proportioned building has been altered by the insertion of uPVC windows, but retains other original elements such as slate roof, bracketed eaves and front railings. It stands on a prominent south facing site.
